General policies
- Parking is provided for only 1 vehicle per Room, Suite or Cottage.
- We do not rent to groups of persons under the age of 25 without special arrangements with management.
- Sorry, No Smoking - No Pets in our rooms.
Deposit terms
- To confirm each reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required.
- Deposits are made by credit card or personal check. Rooms will be held for seven days awaiting your deposit.
- Deposit is non-transferable.
- Remaining balance for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Sorry, no personal checks at check-in.
Cancellation and refund policy
Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is canceled less than two weeks before your arrival. Deposits will be refunded for reservations
canceled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee. |
